"Absolutely loved my breakfast at TABOO Brisbane today.
From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, attentive and genuinely welcoming.
I ordered the signature waffle, and wow… perfectly cooked, beautifully presented and packed with flavour. One of those dishes you keep thinking about after you leave.
The atmosphere was relaxed yet vibrant, making it the perfect spot for a catch-up, a special breakfast or just treating yourself.

"Stunning stunning stunning!!
Went here with my partner for a celebratory dinner on a sunny Thursday evening and enjoyed everything about the experience. Warm service and cheery background music with lush green decor and bordering garden, also, blue skies under a retracted roof!
The food and drinks looked incredible and tasted even better. Excellent seafood: in particular loved the nahm jim oyster and ceviche which were rich, fresh and very well balanced (and in case of the grilled Moreton Bay bug - so tender!). Other highlights were the massaman curry which fell apart under your fork and the pancake dessert with buttery flakey roti, custard and caramelised banana.
Pure bliss! Thank you Taboo chefs and staff, 10/10 would recommend and will be coming back again."

"A Stunning New Addition to the Valley.
Tried Taboo on Constance Street in Fortitude Valley last night – their very first dinner service – and wow, they absolutely nailed it.
The restaurant itself is beautiful, with a warm, modern atmosphere that immediately feels special. The staff were excellent from start to finish: attentive, friendly, and genuinely excited about what they’re doing.
A big shout-out to their sommelier, who recommended a spectacular wine that paired perfectly with the Sirlion and crying Tiger beef sauce - seriously one of the standout dishes of the night. And even though we were full, we couldn’t resist trying the mango dessert… and thank goodness we did. Incredible.
