Taboo Brisbane – Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
Welcome to Taboo Brisbane, a modern Thai rooftop restaurant and bar located in Fortitude Valley. By visiting our venue, making a booking, attending an event, or using our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Reservations and Bookings
Reservations are accepted subject to availability and confirmation. Deposits or credit card guarantees may be required for certain bookings or events. Cancellations made within twenty-four hours of the scheduled booking may result in forfeiture of any deposit paid.
3. Venue Conditions
Taboo Brisbane operates as a fully licensed venue. Guests must be at least eighteen years of age and may be required to present valid identification upon request. Management reserves the right to refuse entry or service in accordance with Queensland liquor licensing laws. A smart-casual dress code applies at all times, and entry may be denied to any guest wearing offensive or inappropriate attire.
4. Events and Private Functions
Event and group bookings are confirmed in writing. Final guest numbers must be provided no later than forty-eight hours prior to the event. Any damage caused to the venue, fixtures, or property will be charged to the client responsible for the booking.
5. Payments
All payments must be made in Australian dollars. Major credit cards and EFTPOS are accepted, and a surcharge may apply to credit card transactions. All prices are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.
6. Liability
While every effort is made to ensure a safe environment, Taboo Brisbane accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal property, or for injury sustained on the premises, except where required by law.
7. Amendments
Taboo Brisbane reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon being published on our website or displayed within the venue.
